Only active member eligible to vote, please insert the ballot paper during the date and time at the venue mentioned above.

Nomination Of New Club Committee March 2019 - March 2021

Please to be informed that the nomination of new club committee (March 2019 - March 2021) starting on the date of this notice until 5:00PM of 31/01/2019, Thursday.

All active member (no outstanding member fee and still serving in SMC) who registered on or before 30/06/2018 is eligible to stand to become club committee, however, he/she should be nominated and seconded by active member to be a candidate for new club committee.

For those who is interested to stand to become a new club committee, please collect a Nomination Form from undersigned at Level 19, Wisma Sanyan. Form deposit of RM10.00 should be paid for the collection of Nomination Form and it is refundable once the form submitted or returned before 5:00PM of 31/01/2019, Thursday. Forfeit of form deposit on any lost or not returned form.

Club committee consists of 15 persons board member, election of club committee will be carried out only if the total successful candidates are more than 15 persons, otherwise all successful candidates will be automatically appointed as new club committee, the new club committee has the right to appoint additional club committee to the total of 15 persons.

Committee Trip To Bagan Datoh, Perak

Over the weekend after visiting Majlis Perbandaran Ampang Jaya, the committee extended their own expenses trip to Bagan Datoh, Perak, the destination with famous sky mirror.

During the 2 days 1 night trip, the committee visited Sekinchan, Sg Burung Fisherman Village and Sky Mirror Shooting at river mounth of Perak River, is a wonderful short vacation at the fisherman village with delicious seafood, nice padi field and nice photo shooting points.

Visiting Majlis Perbandaran Ampang Jaya

Venue: Majlis Perbandaran Ampang Jaya, Selangor

Club committee has arranged a visiting trip to Majlis Perbandaran Ampang Jaya (MPAJ), Selangor for the purpose of experience sharing, learning from each other on how to implement healthy life style among the staff and even the public.

Is a fruitfull sharing section with the Deputy Yang Dipertua MPAJ on how they manage to implement a lots of sports facilities within Ampang Jaya. After the sharing section, the committee visited MPAJ FIFA certified football stadium.

Farewell Dinner - Mr. Yong

The committee arranged a farewell dinner on this day of 05/10/2018 to Mr. Yong who will transfer to Muka Dalat District council soon, the Ag MS Mr. Jong on behalf of SMC Sports & Social Club presented a souvenir to Mr. Yong.

Club Members in MAKSAK Sarawak Petanque Competition 2018

3 club members been selected to represent MAKSAK Sibu pentanque lady team to participate in MAKSAK Sarawak Petanque Competition 2018 held on 28-30/09/2018 at Limbang. They are Nurul Ain Ling Abdullah, Nur Aisiah Binti Ibrahim and Tekah Binti Bujang.
