Please to be informed that the nomination of new club committee (March 2019 - March 2021) starting on the date of this notice until 5:00PM of 31/01/2019, Thursday.
All active member (no outstanding member fee and still serving in SMC) who registered on or before 30/06/2018 is eligible to stand to become club committee, however, he/she should be nominated and seconded by active member to be a candidate for new club committee.
For those who is interested to stand to become a new club committee, please collect a Nomination Form from undersigned at Level 19, Wisma Sanyan. Form deposit of RM10.00 should be paid for the collection of Nomination Form and it is refundable once the form submitted or returned before 5:00PM of 31/01/2019, Thursday. Forfeit of form deposit on any lost or not returned form.
Club committee consists of 15 persons board member, election of club committee will be carried out only if the total successful candidates are more than 15 persons, otherwise all successful candidates will be automatically appointed as new club committee, the new club committee has the right to appoint additional club committee to the total of 15 persons.
